Marquinho Sax
Born in São José dos Campos-SP, Marquinho Sax started music in 1990 studying popular guitar. He met the saxophone in 1993 and began his studies as a self-taught musician. The following year he was in the studio recording with his first band "Banda Vida Reluz", with which he toured all over Brazil.
In 1998 he joined FAMUSC (University of Art and Music of Santa Cecília) in the Saxophone Bachelor course.
With the recognition of his work as a "sideman" on stage and participation in studios recording with gospel and popular artists, Marquinho Sax received proposals for partnerships with companies in the sector in 2003, the first being from Barkley Mouthpiece.
Currently Marquinho Sax supports renowned brands of instruments and accessories from Brazil, USA, France and Germany.In addition to working with musical and educational entertainment, giving workshops and 'masterclasses' in Brazil, they stood out in their international trajectory.
2014
Launch of the CD "DREAM MUSIC" in Europe, passing through Frankfurt (Germany), Brussels (Belgium), Lille and Paris (France), Zurich and Luzern (Switzerland)

The first participation in the NAMM SHOW in Anaheim-California- USA
Participation as a guest musician at the International Latin American Luthiers Seminar in Mendoza-Argentina
Pocket Show and official endorsement of SILVERSTEIN WORKS products in New Jersey-New York

2018
Launch of the album "WORSHIP MADE IN BRAZIL" at NAMM SHOW Anaheim-CA - USA
Invited as a Professor / Speaker and musical attraction at the 1st International Festival and Saxophone Competition in QUITO-ECUADOR
2019
Presentation at MUSIC CHINA in SHANGAI representing Brazil at the stands of the companies it endorses; FIBERREED (Germany) and SILVERSTEIN WORKS (USA).
