When walking through the streets of Lisbon, tourists and residents are enchanted every time they hear the sound of wind instruments, breaking the sickening noise of cars and making for a few moments, even in the rush of everyday life, stop and feel the energy that makes young people, children and adults dance and be touched by the well-executed chords of each instrument that is heard there.

The purpose of the band aligned with the dream of each member, the desire to take music to all corners of the world, the talent and creativity that distinguishes and entertains the public every day, is what gave the band its name , nothing more than Alta Cena!
And when I talk about taking music to “all corners of the world” it is not a literary pleonasm, in Lisbon that receives 4.5 million tourists a year.
